As an artist I’m always happy when my paintings find their home in an environment which interior design is close to my own aesthetical taste. This is why, with great pleasure, I present to you this elegant and modern interior, where I realized not only a combination of originals and prints, but also my largest oil canvas yet.

The almost abstract beach landscape “Rebirth” I painted specifically for the accented colour wall in an open space living room with a dining and cooking sections. Since the interior needed a bit of “warming up”, we decided to go with mostly caramel colour scheme for the painting.

The apartment owners have positive attitude  towards combining original and reproduced (printed) artworks, which is why we added two prints on canvas for the living room: “Tender” and “Among the Stars”, which completed the niches naturally left by the furniture.

For the colour accent wall in the bedroom we chose a framed cut of the “Sea in Me” which corresponds well with the saturated ocean green of the bed.

The project was realized between December 2020 and April 2021.
